1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase our products. We reserve the right to confirm or reject orders (e.g., for out-of-stock items).

1.2 You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. This email includes your order number and details.

1.3 You must provide accurate delivery information (address, phone number) to ensure successful order fulfillment.

2. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)

2.1 Our website only supports Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance payment is required.

2.2 You must pay the full order amount (as stated in your confirmation email) to the delivery driver at the time of receiving your order. Accepted payment methods include cash or local mobile payment (where available).

2.3 If you refuse to accept or pay for the order upon delivery, you may be responsible for the return shipping fee.

2.4 We do not charge additional fees for COD services.

3. Product Information & Availability

3.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions (size, material, color) and stock status on our website. However, minor discrepancies may occur (e.g., slight color differences due to lighting).

3.2 Product sizes are based on the size charts provided on each product page. Please refer to these charts before ordering; we are not liable for size mismatches due to incorrect size selection.

3.3 Out-of-stock items will be marked as “Out of Stock” on the product page. We do not guarantee availability of any product until your order is confirmed.

4. Privacy Protection

4.1 We collect only necessary personal information (name, delivery address, phone number, email) to process your order and arrange delivery.

4.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 You may return unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

5.2 For COD orders: To request a refund, first return the product to us. We will issue a refund (via bank transfer or local payment method) after verifying the product’s condition.

5.3 We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a product defect (e.g., damaged fabric, wrong item). You cover return shipping for size mismatches or change of mind.

5.4 Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 You agree to use our website for legitimate purposes (e.g., purchasing cosplay products) and not to misuse it (e.g., submitting false orders, sharing misleading information).

6.2 You are responsible for updating your account information (e.g., delivery address) if it changes.
